Warning: The originals photos, texts, films, music, etc ... of the period previous to 1921 year -see the Act of the US Congress about it - have no copyright and belong to the public domain. However, those same pictures, I process this blog, when I restore and paint the pictures, then the right of modification is produced, ie that are protected by full copyright law, in this case mine. Of course there are many more laws in the world, declared in the public domain photographs (which is the topic at hand), in very later dates to the aforementioned (Example: WWII, Korea, etc ...) .

Freikorps Panzerautos in Berlin during the crushing of the Uprising of January (or March) of 1919.

In the foreground, a Austin Armored Car Model 1914, rearmed with German Maxim Machine Guns MG08 or MG08 15. On the front fender (white area) are deposited a bunch of posters (*) of warning to the population, that the armored platoon is placing on the streets of Berlin.

Behind, a Fiat-Izhorsky also rearmed with the same type of machine guns. Both armored vehicles had been captured to the Russians previously.

(*) The posters in question said: Warning! Remain in the houses! The streets are dangerous because they used live ammunition! (Achtung!
